We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join a supportive team in Tennant Creek, NT. In this role, you will provide high-quality Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services while supporting remote communities and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality social work services within the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) program.
- Independently manage a high-volume, complex caseload.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide culturally safe and respectful services to Aboriginal communities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant Social Work qualification with eligibility for AASW membership.
- Experience working in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a complex caseload.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Working With Children Clearance and Criminal History Check (preferred).
