As a Registered / Clinical Midwife, you’ll play an important role within the Midwifery Base Team, providing holistic, evidence-based care across:
- Antenatal car
- Labour and birth
- Unplanned maternity presentations
- Postnatal inpatient care
- Continuity of care alongside GP Obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams
You’ll work across a mixed ward model, participate in the on-call roster, and have the opportunity to mentor junior clinicians while continuing to develop your own clinical skills and leadership capability.
About You
- Current registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
- Experience providing care across pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period
- Ability to work confidently within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, woman-centred care
- Passion for ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
