Job Details
- Salary of $110,000.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging available for a tax saving
- Permanent full time position
- Clinic role working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm No weekends, no nights, no shiftwork!!!! what a dream.
- Fully furnished housing provided free of charge

- 5 weeks annual leave with leave loading
As the Primary Health Nurse you will provide primary healthcare within the community, with a focus on promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions. You will work to ensure the focus of care is on the needs of Aboriginal clients within the context of their cultural identity and social circumstances. You will be working within a fantastic, committed and supportive team who really value the work that you do.
The Location
You will be based in the gateway to the Kimberley Region where you can explore, camp, swim in beautiful gorges and experience the great Australian outback, all whilst living and working there! Being only 2 hours to the stunning Broome coastline, this position is perfect for you if you are looking for a varied role where you can have an adventure and if you have always wanted to experience what it is like to work in the Australian outback and get some Aboriginal health experience.

To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
- Current AHPRA registration, with no restrictions
- Minimum of five years Primary Health nursing experience ideally
- Experience in immunising and a current immunisation certificate or willingness to obtain
- Experience in cannulating, phlebotomy, wound care etc
- Working with Children’s Check, or willingness to obtain
- National Crime Check, or willingness to obtain
- Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship).
