The Nurse Educator is accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation, assessment and evaluation of a range of staff development, education programs and training events within their portfolio areas. The role leads and supports a culture of development and enquiry which actively encourages and facilitates clinical, professional and organisational learning with a supported practice framework.
