You’ll provide culturally sensitive diabetes education and support in remote communities, helping patients manage chronic conditions and improve long-term health outcomes. You’ll work autonomously, adapt to diverse patient needs, and become a trusted part of the local healthcare team.
✅ What You’ll Need
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Manual driver’s licence
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Post-grad qualification in Diabetes Education and Management
- Accreditation with Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
