Key Duties:
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents
- Medication administration and clinical monitoring
- Resident assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Support care staff and provide clinical leadership on shift
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration (RN)
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
- Strong clinical documentation and compliance knowledge
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts
- Aged care experience highly regarded (training/support available)
