This reflective module has been developed for those nurses and midwives interested in working in remote and isolated areas of Australia and its territories, particularly:

• Nursing and midwifery students
• Nurses and midwives at any career state considering transitioning to rural or remote area practice
• Nurses and midwives considering or undertaking short-term agency contracts in rural or remote areas
