Notice is given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CRANAplus Limited (the Company) will be held as a hybrid meeting, in person and online, as follows.
Date: Thursday 19 November 2026
Time: 12.30pm ACDT (Adelaide time)*
In person: CRANAplus, 29-31 Hakkinen Road, Wingfield SA 5013
Online: Online via Vero Voting. Individual access and voting details will be emailed to Members by Vero Voting on Monday 2 November 2026. The link provided will also allow eligible Members to appoint a proxy and submit their proxy voting instructions.
