About the Position
Blueprint Nursing is currently seeking experienced Clinical Nurse Consultants (CNCs) for upcoming Remote Primary Health Care contracts across the Torres & Cape region of Far North Queensland.
Current opportunities include Mapoon, Kowanyama, Aurukun and Yam Island, with flexible 4–12-week contracts available, travel and accommodation provided, and Christmas & New Year contracts now available.
Offering $99/hr base rate + penalties, these senior CNC remote contracts provide the opportunity to work within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, delivering advanced primary health care, emergency response, clinical leadership, quality improvement initiatives and mentoring support to multidisciplinary teams. These positions also involve participation in on-call and after-hours responsibilities as part of the senior clinical team.
We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 5 years’ remote, rural or acute nursing experience
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) & Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Remote Emergency Care (REC) & Maternity Emergency Care (MEC)
- Neonatal Resuscitation First Responder
- Previous CNC experience highly regarded
- RIPRN, Sexual Health, Child Health, Maternal Health and Immunisation qualifications highly desirable
- Current manual driver’s licence preferred
