Carol is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of commercial experience across the energy, automotive and financial services sectors. She currently leads the treasury function at Snowy Hydro and has previously held senior roles at AGL, Origin Energy, Toyota Finance Australia and MG Motor Australia.
Her experience spans accounting, commercial finance, treasury, governance, compliance and regulatory affairs. She brings a broad perspective on strategy, financial sustainability and risk, together with a pragmatic approach to leadership and a commitment to developing people and fostering inclusive workplaces.
Carol is a former Chair of the Board of Lifeline Northern Beaches and an accredited Lifeline crisis support worker, reflecting her interest in mental health and wellbeing and her commitment to supporting the people who care for their communities. She is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
