Job Details
- Permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight
- Salary of $110,173.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a client caseload and deliver culturally safe nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and best-practice guidelines
- Provide holistic, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Complete clinical assessments and make appropriate referrals when required
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Renal Health Centre
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional nursing standards
About the Role
You will be joining a fantastic renal service providing essential haemodialysis and renal healthcare. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced clinical team while helping clients manage chronic and end-stage kidney disease.
The role is suited to a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who values culturally safe care, clinical excellence and collaborative practice.

To be eligible you must have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
- Minimum of 18 months recent Renal Nursing experience
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to culturally safe and person-centred nursing care
