SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking experienced Remote Area Nurses for contracts across the APY Lands, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary health team.
These roles require nurses with a broad clinical skill set who are confident managing a diverse range of presentations within a remote healthcare environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ full-time broad-based nursing experience
- Strong Emergency / A&E and acute clinical experience
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Accredited Vaccine Provider with current immunisation competency
About the Role:
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary health team, delivering primary and preventative healthcare within remote communities.
Your scope may include:
- Assessment and treatment of acute presentations
- Chronic disease management and monitoring
- Immunisations
- Health screening and patient education
- Inpatient care as required
- Patient referrals, transfers and evacuations
- After-hours emergency healthcare
