About the Position
Blueprint Nursing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead Primary Health Care services within a remote Queensland community.
This hands-on leadership opportunity combines operational oversight with clinical practice and would suit a senior Remote Area Nurse who enjoys supporting teams, driving service delivery and making a genuine impact within rural, remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

- Monday to Friday clinic hours + Evening and weekend on-call requirements
- 2 Nurse post with operational team
- Travel and accommodation provided

We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Remote Area Nurse trained with relevant certifications
- Strong Primary Health Care & leadership experience
- Ability to participate in an on-call roster
- ALS2 & PALS highly regarded
