SustainHealth are seeking a passionate and warm Occupational Therapist to work a 12-week contract in coastal South Australia. Just an hour outside of Adelaide, enjoy the best surfing SA has to offer!
Enjoy working on a community caseload, predominantly supporting CHSP clients with home safety assessments, prescription of equipment and home modifications.
The Details & Benefits:
- 12 week locum
- Flexible hours up to full-time
- Senior OT on-site 4 days per week
- $80.81 – $90.14 per hour

- Up to 6 clinical hours per day, up to 2 visits per day

The Requirements:
- AHPRA registration & evidence of qualifications
- Full working rights
- WWCC valid for at least 6 months
- NDIS Workers Check
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks
- Driving licence
