As a Registered / Clinical Midwife, you’ll play an important role within the Midwifery Base Team, providing holistic, evidence-based care across:

  • Antenatal car
  • Labour and birth
  • Unplanned maternity presentations
  • Postnatal inpatient care
  • Continuity of care alongside GP Obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams

 

You’ll work across a mixed ward model, participate in the on-call roster, and have the opportunity to mentor junior clinicians while continuing to develop your own clinical skills and leadership capability.
About You

  • Current registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
  • Experience providing care across pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period
  • Ability to work confidently within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, woman-centred care
  • Passion for ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
