An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and dedicated Registered Midwife to join a leading contemporary private hospital located in Central Victoria. This 122-bed acute care facility delivers high-quality medical and surgical healthcare services to the Bendigo region and surrounding communities.
The Role:
- $81,995 – $103,482 p.a. + Super + Salary Packaging
- Assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of high-quality patient care
- Provide safe, holistic and patient-centred midwifery care
- Accurately document nursing and midwifery care in a timely manner
- Implement and monitor medical treatment plans in consultation with the healthcare team
- Deliver health education and support to patients and families
- Maintain respectful, compassionate and professional communication
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy standards are upheld
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care or relevant maternity setting
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
