An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and motivated nursing leader to influence, lead, and strengthen Primary Health Care services across the East Arnhem South Region.

 

As a member of the Executive team, this position provides strategic leadership and clinical governance across the East Arnhem South Region. The role works collaboratively with the Top End Region and local Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) to drive Primary Health Care (PHC) reform and continuous service improvement. The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services that maximise health outcomes in line with PHC principles. Central to the role is a strong understanding of Aboriginal health and the social, cultural, and environmental determinants influencing health outcomes. The position provides clinical governance and professional advice to ACCHOs, while monitoring and reporting on agreed performance against NT Health key performance measures.
