About the Role
As a clinical educator with CRANAplus you will lead and deliver high quality professional development opportunities for health professionals, predominantly nurses and midwives, across Australia in rural or remote communities.
Education opportunities include on the ground delivery, e-learning and a range of multi-modal resources created by CRANAplus for our members and wider community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, coordinate and deliver education courses specifically designed for health professionals working in remote, isolated or rural settings.
- Deliver a range of workshops, intrastate and interstate, to accomplish education outcomes.
- Oversight & coordination of courses, in collaboration with the CRANAplus Education team.
- Ensure course materials and resources are contextually relevant and clinically current
- Collaborate with our Equipment and Logistics team to ensure advancement of technology /education equipment, as well as effective maintenance applications.
- Deliver courses within your scope of practice to achieve the required outcomes of our nationally recognised programs.
- Prepare course reports as required and contribute to facilitator newsletters, national reports, or CRANAplus magazine articles.
- Liaise with other educators to ensure common themes are carried through all courses and online content.
- Support volunteer facilitator onboarding and ongoing engagement.
This role requires frequent travel for the delivery of courses within your home state and interstate (approximately 1 course per month). Course delivery/travel is across both weekdays and weekends.
