The Clinical Nurse Consultant (Nurse Navigator – Paediatric Child Health portfolio) provides a high level of clinical expertise and communication to holistically assess and support children with complex health needs across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS).
This role has a strong focus on children aged 0–5 years, working closely with families, communities, and multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes and continuity of care.
