Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic service who are the leaders in youth mental health services to help them find a Mental Health Clinician to join their team as Mental Health Clinical Lead.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced mental health clinician to oversee clinical service delivery across two centres within the Northern Territory.
Your role will be to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a team delivering evidence-based mental health services to young people aged 12–25. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will also maintain a small clinical caseload, ensuring high-quality, youth-friendly and culturally safe care.

Some of the key responsibilities of your position are:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to staff
- Support intake, clinical decision making, and service delivery
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Manage referrals, waitlists, and service flow
- Ensure culturally safe and youth-friendly service delivery
- Contribute to quality improvement, audits, and accreditation processes
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
To be eligible for this position you must:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA or AASW
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience
- Experience working in youth mental health (desirable)
- Working With Children Check, Police Check, and Driver’s Licence
