SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking an experienced CEO / Director of Nursing for a permanent full-time opportunity within a well-established, accredited private day hospital located in Northern Beaches, Sydney. This facility has proudly served the local community for over 30 years and is recognised for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a comprehensive range of endoscopy procedures.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the overall operations of the hospital, ensuring excellence in clinical governance, financial performance, and team leadership. You will play a key role in maintaining accreditation standards, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous quality improvement.

The Role:
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the hospital
- Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and NSQHS compliance
- Manage financial performance, including budgets and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain strong relationships with VMOs and key stakeholders
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient experience
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Nursing and/or Management
- Leadership experience at NUM level or above
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate nursing experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Endoscopy or Perioperative Nursing
- Strong knowledge of NSQHS Standards, accreditation, and risk management
- Demonstrated financial and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Supportive, consultative leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
- Confidence to provide clinical support when required
