About the position
CRANAplus ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality primary healthcare to remote and isolated areas of Australia. We are a grassroots, not-for-profit, membership-based organisation that has provided over 40 years of education, support and professional services for the multi-disciplinary remote health workforce.
The role
The People and Culture Advisor supports CRANAplus’ operational HR requirements to ensure efficient HR processes across the organisation. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll provide invaluable HR support to keep the wheels turning and allow our people to do their best work.
This is a part-time role (0.8FTE) based at our Wingfield Office. Days/times to be negotiated.
Initial key focus areas include:
- Maintain CRANAplus’s HR files and systems, implementing improvements where you can.
- Coordinate recruitment end-to-end, supporting leaders on advertising, screening and interviewing as needed.
- Provide advice and support to leaders through employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues and workplace concerns.
- Drive performance review activities, support leaders through training, coaching and resources.
- Manage CRANAplus’s HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Collate reports for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board, providing suggestions on efficiencies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Review and administer CRANAplus HR policies to ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
