An Invitation to Participate in Research on Postgraduate Remote Health Education

You are invited to participate in a study to identify graduate outcomes of postgraduate remote health education programs.

The Centre for Remote Health (CRH) and the CRANAplus have now been conducting postgraduate remote health programs under a joint partnership agreement for ten years.

A research project is being conducted by the Centre for Remote Health and supported by CRANAplus to identify how the Remote Health Practice and Remote Health Management programs are perceived to contribute to the current knowledge, skills and attitudes of course graduates. This information will help us to identify the congruence
between the aims and objectives of the remote health programs and outcomes of these courses. We will use this information to improve the remote health programs in a way that contributes to the continuing education of the remote health workforce.
It is anticipated that such changes will also improve the quality of care delivered by health-care personnel, and so contribute to improved health outcomes for the recipients of remote health care services.

We are doing this research using questionnaires and face-to-face and telephone interviews.

We would like you to volunteer to participate in the study if you are:
• A graduate of one of these programs; or
• Have experience as an administrator of a health service where graduates of the program have completed their clinical experience and/or are employed,
