2010 Award Nomination Forms

 

Nominations for the 2010 awards MUST be submitted to the Alice Springs office by 1 September 2010.


Applications will NOT be accepted at the conference.

The nomination forms are electronic forms that can be completed online and submitted electronically or printed to be handwritten and faxed or mailed.  If you choose to complete the form on your computer, you can fill in the form by clicking on the blank line then typing in the information. You will then need to save the form onto your computer before attaching it to an email message sent to the email address shown above.

CRANAplus Awards

CRANAplus Awards recognize remote health professionals who have made a special contribution that improves health outcomes or have made a special contribution to their profession in general.  Nominating a fellow practitioner is an excellent way to show your admiration and respect for their hard work. Aurora Award

The Aurora Award is presented to one person each year whose outstanding contribution stands out as 'A Shining Light' in delivery of remote health care.
